This contract is intended for the exclusive use of the rental of a stay in guest rooms at TiPalais, 80 All\u00e9e Nelson Mandela, 97410 SAINT-PIERRE.<\/p>\n

The hosts may not under any circumstances prevail over any right to remain in the premises after the expiry of the period provided for in the contract, except with the owner’s agreement.<\/p>\n

The owner agrees not to disclose any personal information given in connection with the contract. However, this provision does not apply to requests for information from legal bodies (administrations and \/ or courts).<\/p>\n

All rentals are personal and cannot under any circumstances be transferred or sublet.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

30% deposit on booking on the total price of the stay – Payment of the balance of the stay will be made on arrival – Other additional services must be paid before departure.<\/p>\n

Payment accepted by bank \/ postal check or by transfer.<\/p>\n

In case of payment by bank transfer, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the ordering party.<\/p>\n

No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Arrival should be between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. If arriving late, please contact the owner on 06 92 75 24 21 or 06 92 03 05 76.<\/p>\n

Departure must be before 10 a.m.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The customer agrees to use the premises in accordance with their destination and in a peaceful manner respecting conviviality and cohabitation with the owners or other residents.<\/p>\n

He agrees to keep the rooms in good condition and not to smoke in the room.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter addressed to the owner.<\/p>\n

Cancellation 2 weeks before arrival at the scene, the deposit will be acquired by the owner.<\/p>\n

Cancellation between 2 weeks and the day of arrival, the deposit will be acquired by the owner and the owner reserves the right to claim the balance of the stay.<\/p>\n

If the tenant does not appear before 22:00 on the theoretical day of his arrival, the contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of the premises and the deposit will be acquired.<\/p>\n

If the stay is shortened, the deposit and the balance will be acquired by the owner.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Any cancellation will be the subject of a written notification with refund of the deposit paid.<\/p>\n

Accommodation capacity<\/p>\n

This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to decline the additional customers.<\/p>\n

This refusal cannot be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The tenant is responsible for all damages arising from his fault, he is invited to hold civil liability insurance. The owner can in no way be held responsible for an accident to a child left unattended.
